The Wushu Flowball course blends Tai Chi philosophy with athletic skills, making it suitable for all age groups. Using a unique curved guiding technique, the ball remains stable on the specially designed paddle, enhancing body coordination, flexibility, and balance. This course, held twice a week, includes foundational training, routine teaching, and interactive sparring, offering a combination of fitness, competition, and entertainment.
Taught by master’s level instructors from Beijing Sport University, who have experience as national-level coaches, referees, and competition champions, students will progressively master techniques, from basic training to self-choreographed routines, and even participate in performances and competitions. Whether for fitness, cultivating an interest, or improving competitive skills, the Wushu Flowball course provides a unique experience, allowing you to feel the charm of Tai Chi movement!
